20130212@0646: The censor strikes again! The Mountain View voice removed the repost with its notice to other readers about the censoring that had occurred.

20130212@1010: Ideafarm has disappeared without a trace from the conversation, which now has an entirely different character due to the suppression of his replies.

At 0646, Ideafarm attempted to post the following, but his account is now flagged so that his posts no longer appear until they are approved. As of this writing, five hours later, the following post still has not appeared:

All procedural information and evidence will be uploaded to "The IdeaFarm (tm) Organizer"(IDEAFARM.COM), which is a forum for free speech. Initially, the focus will be on my fight with the Mountain View Municipal Corporation and with District Attorney Jeff Rosen, who has you all believing his crap about being a reformer who is going to clean up the D.A.'s office.

This community needs a forum for respectful discussion that is completely free of censorship and spam. I appreciate the work that Nick Veronin has done and the work that the moderators here do, but this forum is inadequate for the discussion of controversial or sensitive topics such as queer sexuality and the silencing of the marriage norm.

The law of the land is that general methods of speech cannot be outright prohibited in a public forum. In a public forum, speech can only be regulated by time, place, and manner restrictions that are narrowly tailored to promote legitimate government interests while silencing speech as little as possible. On the streets and highways of California, the Vehicle Code comprises those time, place, and manner restrictions, augmented by local ordinances that, for example, regulate the use of sound amplification equipment.

I know the Vehicle Code thoroughly and am diligent in complying with it. That is why the Mountain View Municipal Corporation has resorted to using Penal Code 370/372, the general public nuisance statute. I can document HUNDREDS of unlawful police interferences, but from all of those expensive incidents, the government cannot show even a single conviction. Contrary to what the government would have you believe, I do not break the law and I am very careful about safety, AND I CAN PROVE IT.

I cannot fight back. I am out of bullets. I need you to throw me some bullets so that I can keep fighting. The criminal justice system is broken, and the Mountain View Municipal Corporation and D.A. Jeff Rosen are intentionally, maliciously manipulating that broken system to keep me silenced, entangled, imprisoned, and impoverished. Where the hell am I going to get THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS to pay Aladdin Bail Bonds? I am homeless, unemployed, and overwhelmed by the impossible task of gathering all of my evidence together to present to my attorney, and also to you as an expose.

I have an experienced attorney that I trust completely. But he and I are no match for the forces that oppose us, especially not in this thoroughly corrupt, bought and paid for Superior Court of Santa Clara County.

ACLU is worthless. They are nothing but a donation farming operation. They just want issues that are politically correct that they can use to extract donations. I've tried their San Francisco office twice. I can't get past the initial screening. I can't even get an initial conversation with anyone. Not in person. Not via telephone. Not even via email. ACLU is like everything else in your reality. It's all a charade. It's all crafted to keep you clueless and content so that you keep spending money and never think about anything REAL.

No, it will not "come down to the exact facts around my arrests". That is illusion, not reality. It will come down to whether I can manage to launch "The IdeaFarm (tm) Organizer" so that I can afford to spend the next six months gathering and publishing my expose of what the Mountain View Municipal Corporation and Jeff Rosen and the Superior Court judges have done. If they can stop me from telling the story, then they win and I am creamed like a bug on a windshield. If I manage to tell the story and YOU ALL DO NOTHING, then it's the same thing; I am creamed like a bug on a windshield.

My only hope is to arouse you to meaningful action. Send me an email that says, "I can see that you are in deep shit. What do you need me to do?"

20130212@1244: Ideafarm's account has been unflagged so that the post that he just made appeared immediately. In that post, Ideafarm states that three of his posts were censored / suppressed / deleted and tells the other participants that he is "outahere". His post that appears above still hasn't appeared.
